The beauty of the mountains is majestic and special when it comes to architecture. The residence here is the Whistler Cay house measuring a whopping 5,000 square feet. The home is nestled in Whistler, Canada on a stunning mountain backdrop with wonderful views of the resort. The furnishings inside the home are beautiful as well. The fireplace is perfect and speaks of a ski resort style. I find the home interior to be very inviting and warm, perfect after a long day of skiing. Though not in the pictures are the many terraces outside the home. These have been designed for family use and even include an outdoor fireplace for the family. One of the challenges was building this home on a mountain grade. The residence was designed by AKA Architects.
