In a recent article we discussed an outdoor ceiling fan with blades shaped like palm leaves. This patio ceiling fan draws its inspiration from the islands as well, with its design based on a pineapple. Of course the pineapple is associated with being outdoors and thus fits as a decorative accessory for a patio. In the design, the manufacturer brings out the texture of the pineapple in the ceiling fan base. You can see the bumps that look just like a pineapple's skin. The fan blades match that of pineapple leaves. I do like the finish on the metal and think that this patio ceiling fan will blend well with most outdoor furniture. Price: $286.
