Named by TIME Magazine as one of the top 100 most influential green designers of 2009, Bholu offers a whimsical series of wool pillows hand-embroidered by skilled craftsmen in India under Fair Trade standards. Because each pillowcase is handcrafted by artisans, no two are identical; even more awesome is the fact that portions of each pillow’s proceeds go to the Bholu Anganwadi Project, which has built eight preschools in underprivileged communities in partnership with Architects without Frontiers Australia, with more on the way.
